Sat 1- Praise God for our partners on the ground in Africa!  Please pray for some restful time with their families during the holiday season since most of them are traveling a lot during the year.  

Sun 2- Please pray for healing over Mezack Nkundabantu, Country Director for Rwanda and Burundi.  Pastor Mezack was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer.  We are trusting God with him for healing!

Mon 3- Pray for Tito Oturo, Country Director for Sudan/South Sudan as he holds his first child trauma-healing workshop.  The first section begins tomorrow as he trains the adults who will facilitate the program and then the children will be present December 10-14.  Pray the Holy Spirit shows up in a mighty way to minister to both the adults and children who are part of this program. 

Tue 4- 
Pray for God's provision for Denis Hangi, our Country Director in DRC, as he is in need of a vehicle and repairs to his church building.  He has also asked us to pray for safety for him and his family as there have been robberies and killings in his city. 

Wed 5- Pray for Allan Knowles, Country Director for South Africa, as he continues to teach and mentor the students who are part of our theological education program there. 

Thu 6- Pray for Geoffrey Ocan, Country Director for Uganda, as he continue to teach, train and mentor the men and women in our programs there. 

Fri 7- Please pray for the Fabulous Friends for Africa as they prepare to host their 12th Annual Valentines Party in support of African Leadership.

Sat 8- Please pray for the staff at the Flame of Love orphanage in Goma, Congo as they love and care for the children. Pray for healing for Sister Alvera, director of the orphanage, as she is treated for cancer far from home in Italy. 

Sun 9- Praise God for our impact partner The Mocha Club and the influencers who share our work in Africa with their audiences.  Please pray for God to increase our Mocha Club membership so that we can continue to support our partners throughout Africa. 

Mon 10- Praise God for the 2 water projects which will be implemented in the coming weeks in Rwanda.  Pray for the Muhanga community and the Pygmies who are the recipients of these projects.

Tue 11- Pray for Action Ministry and all the ways Peter Ochiel, along with his staff and volunteers, minister in their community. Pray for the funding of the new school building project. 

Wed 12- Pray for Country Director Asrat as he balances a rapidly growing program in Ethiopia. Pray for his local Board, that they would be the support he needs in this busy time. 

Thu 13- Praise God for our Board of Directors who generously invest in this ministry with their time, talent and treasures! 

Fri 14- Pray for the men and women who are part of our two-year theological education program. Pray for endurance to finish well and for God to use them mightily in their communities.

Sat 15- Please pray for a recent graduate in South Africa who feels called to pastor a church.  He is married with two children, occupies a fulltime job and is taking additional theological courses at night.  Please pray for wisdom to manage his time wisely and to lead with a humble, servant attitude.  

Sun 16- Pray for Jonathan Titus-Williams, Country Director in Sierra Leone, as he serves the teachers and students of our program there. Please pray for physical and spiritual strength for Jonathan and for his Board of Directors to continue to be a support to him.

Mon 17- Pray for peace in the Democratic Republic of Congo as elections to replace President Joseph Kabila are held on the 23rd.  

Tue 18- Pray for Leonard Chipangano, Country Director for Malawi, as he continues to be in need of a new vehicle after his was totaled in an accident last year.  Pray for him as he serves the students and teachers in our theological education program there.   

Wed 19- Praise God for the Spread The Word program which raises funds to equip our theological education students with Study Bibles! 

Thu 20- Please pray for those at risk of contracting the Ebola virus in the Democratic Republic of Congo.  Country Director Denis Hangi asks us to please remember those brothers and sisters who are suffering with the disease or mourning the loss of loved ones due to this virus.

Fri 21- Pray for the women and children who are taking part in one of our trauma-healing programs. Pray for those who have been through a program, that they would continue down the path of healing. 

“We constantly pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of His calling, and that by His power He may bring to fruition your every desire for goodness and your every deed prompted by faith.” 2 Thessalonians 1:11 NIV

Sat 22- Pray for the Women at Risk program in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Pray that the women who are part of this vital program will know the restoration that comes through a relationship with Jesus.  

Sun 23- Please pray for God's favor on this ministry as the end of 2018 draws near.  May He see fit to lead many to support this work financially

Mon 24- Praise God for being "Immanuel, God with us.” Matthew 1:23

Tue 25- "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among men with whom He is pleased." Luke 2:13-14  

Wed 26- Praise the Lord for the many men and women interested in participating in our theological education program in Sierra Leone! Pray that the leadership team there is able to meet the needs of these prospective students.

Thu 27- Pray for the local Board of Directors in Rwanda as they finalize their registration with the Rwandan government. Requirements for non-profit organizations to register are more here than in other countries. Pray as this Board prepares their documents and showcases their vision; that the government will be favorable.

Fri 28- Pray for peace in South Sudan! Pray for classes which continue in areas of great instability inside South Sudan. Pray for safety & provision for our teachers and students as they gather to meet and learn the Word of God. 

Sat 29- Pray for success in the growth of the New Dawn Mentorship Ltd. (formerly New Dawn Children’s Abstinence Program). This program aspires to expand its operation in ways that will generate income that would provide financial subsidy for the operations of the New Dawn Educational Centre.

Sun 30- Pray for the alumni of our education programs (theological, community development, trauma-healing) to continue to be agents of change and transformation in their communities.

Mon 31- Praise God for all He has done in 2018!  Please pray for God's guidance and provision in 2019.
